Wide Area Media, LLC. (Return Merchandise Authorization) Policy - USA
Wide Area Media, LLC. offers a 30 day return policy for items purchased in our online store. This policy does not apply to software or integrated systems. Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund of purchase price. Product must be in like-new resalable condition in the original packaging and contain all components. All products will be inspected at our discretion and credit may be refused.
For RMA #, please use RMA(your order number). eg. RMAVRC-001
NO RMAs will be accepted for products over 30 days old.
Upon receiving the products, credit will be issued within five to ten business days. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Wide Area Media, LLC. reserves the right to charge a 15%-25% restocking fee to returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Customer must provide the invoice number, date of purchase, and the reason for return. (Please keep a copy of your invoice in case a return is necessary.)
Products to be returned must be securely packaged in the original cartons. Freight and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Customer assumes risk of loss or damage during shipment.
The RMA # must be clearly marked on the shipping label of each carton. (Do not put RMA # on product.) Packages without the RMA # on the outside will be refused.
Products being returned for repair/exchange must be returned with only the defective product. Do NOT return cables, manuals, diskettes, etc. unless otherwise instructed - Fees may apply to re-ship returned items.
Wide Area Media will either repair or replace the products. Upon receiving the products, Repair boards will be shipped out within ten business days and Replacement boards will be shipped out within five business days.
Products being returned for credit must include an RMA number and returned complete, including registration card and all accessories (cables, manuals, diskettes, etc.) in original packaging.
Credit returns must have been purchased directly from Wide Area Media, LLC. and must be within 30 days of the invoice date. The RMA policy applies only to hardware and defective software CDs purchased through our online store. This policy does not apply to software or integrated systems.

Wide Area Media offers a
support forum requiring registration
and pre-approval before you are able to post questions. To register, simply fill out the
registration form and your account will be sent to an administrator for approval.
